URBAN VILLA BRANÍK
ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION
The architectural concept for the Braník residential villa-house is based on a careful analysis of the surrounding development and respect for the surrounding environment. Our goal was to create a harmonious and functional whole that would be connected to the character of the area being addressed. The architectural and urban planning solution stems from a thorough examination of the local context and the effort to maximize integration into the existing urban structure. The massing solution of our residential building was based on the archetype of a villa-house, with special attention paid to ensuring that the new construction does not disrupt the overall character of the surrounding development. Every element of our structure was designed with harmony with the surrounding architecture in mind, allowing the new building to blend into the existing urban plan.
LAYOUT DESIGN
The layout was carefully considered with the needs of the residents in mind. The residential units are designed to allow not only optimal privacy but also the possibility of mutual connection or division according to individual preferences and changes in use during the life of the building.
The flexibility of space is a key element of our design, allowing residents to adapt their home to their needs and lifestyle.
The geometry of the facade plays a key role in the architectural expression of the building. It was designed to not only respect the surrounding architectural context but also to ensure optimal lighting and views from each apartment.
The beveling of the facade contributes to creating interesting architectural situations and a certain degree of variety while maximizing the privacy of each individual household.
CONCLUSION
Overall, we have created an architectural concept that respects the character of the given location and also meets the specific needs of the future inhabitants of the building. Our intention is to create a residential building that will become a harmonious part of the urban landscape, providing its residents with not only quality housing but also a pleasant and functional home.
