BAY BEACH, SEYCHELY

CONCEPT
The project presents a zoning study for Mahé, the largest island in the Seychelles. The land is located in the western part of the island with direct access to the beach. Seven villas are planned to be built on this site, each equipped with a garden, swimming pool, and garage, and together they will form part of a single

The complex is located between the seaside beach and the main ring road, providing easy access to other parts of the island. The proposed structure of the complex corresponds to the concept of a "gated community," ensuring uniform management and security for all residents.

LAYOUT DESIGN
The project comprises seven four-bedroom villas with a 5+KK layout, set amid lush palm gardens. These two-story villas are located just 25 meters from the coast, each surrounded by dense vegetation, ensuring privacy and preserving the natural character of the landscape.

Access to the beach is provided from each plot, which increases the attractiveness of living here. The complex is complemented by a beach bar accessible to both residents and the general public, offering a space for social gatherings. For the convenience of residents, individual garages and practical storage space are available.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
This villa in the Seychelles showcases modern architecture with an emphasis on natural materials and the connection between interior and exterior. The two-story building combines light sandstone plaster with wooden elements, which are reflected in the overlapping roofs and pergolas.

Large glass surfaces allow for maximum use of natural light and offer views of the surrounding tropical garden and pool. The simple yet elegant design emphasizes the relaxing atmosphere of the place, while the integration of greenery and water highlights the connection with the natural environment.
