Racionalitu prefabrikovan\u00e9 s\u00eddli\u0161tn\u00ed v\u00fdstavby nep\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1me doslovn\u011b. Tento vnitroblok nen\u00ed pouze zelen\u00fdm pozad\u00edm dom\u016f, ale soustavou r\u016fzn\u011b charakterizovan\u00fdch m\u00edst pro setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, hru, odpo\u010dinek i ka\u017edodenn\u00ed sousedsk\u00fd \u017eivot. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko uli\u010dn\u00ed fronty vych\u00e1z\u00ed z rytmu samostatn\u00fdch dom\u016f &#8211; vstup\u016f a p\u0159ibli\u017euje rozs\u00e1hlou z\u00e1stavbu tradi\u010dn\u00edmu m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho domu.<\/p><p>V\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 dominanty akcentuj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u017e\u00ed a n\u00e1vaznost na ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 prostranstv\u00ed. Kombinace pavla\u010dov\u00fdch a schodi\u0161\u0165ov\u00fdch dom\u016f n\u00e1m umo\u017enila reagovat na sv\u011btov\u00e9 strany, hloubku dispozic a rozd\u00edln\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na osv\u011btlen\u00ed byt\u016f. Hmotov\u00e1 skladba byla pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1na anal\u00fdzami denn\u00edho osv\u011btlen\u00ed, slune\u010dn\u00ed expozice, doby p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho oslun\u011bn\u00ed a proud\u011bn\u00ed v\u011btru. V\u00fdsledky se tak\u00e9 prom\u00edtly tak\u00e9 do polohy a orientace t\u0159\u00edd mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly \u010di pobytov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vnitrobloku.<\/p><p>Objekt v\u011b\u017eov\u00e9ho obytn\u00e9ho domu v SV \u010d\u00e1sti \u00fazem\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1me jako d\u016fm se samostatn\u00fdch charakterem. A\u010d postaven na stejn\u00fdch principech modul\u00e1rn\u00edho a prefabrikovan\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, vn\u00edm\u00e1me tento d\u016fm jako urbanistick\u00fd akcent, zasluhuj\u00edc\u00ed samostatn\u00fd v\u00fdznam a architektonickou artikulaci. Proto jsme tento navrhli z p\u0159edsazen\u00fdch modul\u00e1rn\u00edch prvk\u016f, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed skulptur\u00e1lnost, hloubku a v\u00fdznam v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 \u010dtvrti Nov\u00e9 R\u016fzn\u00e9 typologie dom\u016f n\u00e1m tak umo\u017enily skl\u00e1dat pestr\u00fd bytov\u00fd mix v r\u00e1mci jednotn\u00e9ho modul\u00e1rn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a zachovat vysokou prostorovou i Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed konstruk\u010dn\u00ed rastr n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje efektivn\u00ed dispozi\u010dn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed s celkovou \u0161k\u00e1lou typologi\u00ed byt\u016f od 1kk a\u017e po velkometr\u00e1\u017en\u00ed byty.<\/p><p>Konstruk\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m jsme navrhli modul\u00e1rn\u00ed, prefabrikovan\u00fd a skeletov\u00fd. S t\u00edm, \u017ee prefabrikovan\u00e1 jsou tak\u00e9 stropn\u00ed, fas\u00e1dn\u00ed i mezibytov\u00e9 st\u011bnov\u00e9 panely. Co\u017e n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje rychlou a efektivn\u00ed v\u00fdstavbu i p\u0159\u00edpadnou zm\u011bnu dispozi\u010dn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bytov\u00fdch jednotek. Tak\u00e9 u tohoto typu dom\u016f uva\u017eujeme s pou\u017eit\u00edm prefabrikovan\u00fdch koupelnov\u00fdch modul\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enou variantou je tak\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed konstruk\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f na b\u00e1zi d\u0159eva (CLT
